What's making that piece of metal ice cold. Nevermind, I looked it up, nothing is making it ice cold. Also, let's say it does get ice cold. It's 85 degrees at the ball game and that tiny fan is pulling 85 degree air into it and then pushing it past that ice cold nickel. Amazing.

thats a Peltier chip, or Thermoelectric Cooler. it's as hot on the other side as is cold on that outside. hmm, would be very ineffective
