what stands out the most and pretty much everyone of these videos is how far respect and kindness goes. just imagine how much better someone's travel experience can be if we are kind and respectful to those working on the trains airlines in the hotels even when things are going wrong as I'm sure they're more likely to go that extra mile for you because you treated them properly.
