can you put together something that's just lying down and seated? as a pots girly, discovering i can exercise in my bed has been very helpful. but I don't think I'm getting a full range of exercise even though any movement has been better than none.

Your content has helped me SO damn much. It has completely changed my mindset of exercising and movement because now I realize there is always accommodations that can be done instead of just accepting "I can't do that" and shutting down. Now my brain thinks "I can't do it that way, BUT I can do it this way instead!" I had lost 114lbs and regained 40ish pounds back. Your content has gotten me back on the right track! 2 weeks and 6 pounds down 💪 my joints are feeling so much better!
