@claymancoffee: Cafes gotta stop using powder to make a mocha coffee. Here's how to make a mocha properly: 1. Use real pieces of chocolate. You can use whichever chocolate you prefer, I like the Cadbury milk chocolate buttons. 2. Add a pinch of salt. A little bit goes a long way - don't use too much. I used pink Himalayan salt. 3. Run your espresso into the chocolate. I used the Clayman Butter Blend which has a sweet, maple flavour that suits a mocha. I ran a double ristretto (my preference). 4. Stir in the chocolate and espresso until the chocolate is melted. 5. Steam your milk then pour a dash into the chocolate/espresso. Mix it in. 6. Add chocolate sprinkles. 7.
