I started following this and always try to standardize my form with the sternum up method rather than just mindlessly arching my back. I can feel the difference in the chest activation and pump. I noticed that the difference between the fly and the bench is that the scapula for the fly tends to move forward, but with the sternum up method, the scapula still moves but shoulder is not rounding forward
