7s rule, 7 from resting to 90 degrees, 7 from 90 degrees to full contraction and 7 from resting to full contraction start hammer and twist on the way up, slow on the way down 4 sets or until failure! Works both the short and long head of bicep, builds functional strength and prevents you inertia curling!
