Drop lower, fully extend your arms from the start position. Drop down slower and don’t use any momentum at all

Use momentum, pull up and away from the bar. Imagine bringing your belly button to the bar instead of your chest. When your arms are parallel with the floor transition to dip. 10 pull-ups will not be enough to do the muscle up tho
