Always run in shoes 1 size bigger. Half marathon your toe nails shouldn’t fall off.

You need to get a bigger size trainer, your feet swell when running. Always go up half a size. Toe socks (search Injinji toe socks on Amazon) will help stop blisters.

Double up on socks and change them multiple times a day. That is what the military is trained to do. Always protect the feet.
