If you’ve drawing enough customers but struggling to cope with the influx, it’s time to digitalize your business. This will free up some manpower which can be re-allocated to labour intensive processes such as cooking.

Could u not just open at Weakend s untill you figure something out financially.. take a long rest in the weak prepping and everything u need to do .. but not open for business till Friday and Saturday just for a bit might take a lot to adjust but if you sit down as your business owners and see if u can reduce overhead s .. just a thought

It's a big space. How about moving to a smaller space to save on rent? Customers don't like coming into big empty restaurants either. You can still sell a lot of food through delivery apps

Systems and procedures are the bulk of on not in. The more standardised a task is the easier and quicker it can be done. You should also define what done looks like. I guess its a lot like having recipes, so you can consistently cook the same dishes to the right standard.
