My son's teeth are brown and spoiled because of too much fluoride from the borehole water(i do buy bottled mineral water to drink but everything else is from the same source),what should i do to fix them? what to use or do to make them white,or does he need to get them masked as the dentist advised?

Easy answer, yes. Statistically if the optimal amount of fluoride is in drinking water there is a significant decrease in tooth decay across the people in that water supply area.
