basicamente esto pasa porque están bajando la red 3G. Tu teléfono, al ser relativamente viejo, no puede entender las nuevas señales. No sabe qué más hacer con las señales, así que simplemente suena. El número 444 aparece porque aparentemente es un código corto estándar para ciertas tareas GSM como actualizar tu tarjeta SIM y otras cosas. Los símbolos raros como '@$&' y '&)$' aparecen por un error de decodificación donde el teléfono intenta darle un nombre de contacto a la "llamada entrante" porque la torre manda códigos en hexadecimal y el teléfono trata de encontrar caracteres para poner como nombre. Из-за ошибок таблицы ASCII на экране отображается случайный набор букв, символов или цифра 444. Звуки «азбуки Морзе». Если поднять трубку, вместо голоса человек слышит ритмичный треск, гудки или скрежет. Это буквальный звук того, как компьютер оператора пытается передать данные на SIM-карту через старый радиоканал TDMA. Невозможно заблокировать. Черный список телефона не помогает, потому что этот сигнал идет с максимальным системным приоритетом напрямую от оператора, а не от другого абонента.

ну смотрите старые телефоны не поддерживают сигналы от новых роутеров и старые телефоны воспринимают это за звонок ну например лежит старый телефон новый роутер хочет передать ему сигнал а старый телефон думает это за звонок,ну в итоге когда роутер звонит там есть писки похожие на азбуку морзе ,а это всего лишь сигнал,понял?
