I swear we did a disservice to kids by calling it a frog kick 💀. Have you seen a frog kick compared to this? Not the same 👀. And this is coming from a girl who learned breaststroke from an Olympic gold medalist after her coach told her adhd ass she’d never succeed at the IM because I was bad at it. I took that personally and that’s why I asked for help from her. It became my beast stroke. The kick matters a lot, but the recovery is what allows the best speed 👀

im scared of getting into water again cause i had bad experience of cramps long time ago. Ive tried changing my diet thinking itll cure it. Been watching your videos, Im starting to think its probably my technique. Im self taught btw when i was young. So whenever we go swiming, im in the shallow with the kids.
