I went today. I do not know why Barnes & Noble‘s in this area keep downsizing. First Tyson‘s corner. Now this one. Is it to save money? Because I personally miss not only the amount of space that was in the old one. But now y’all made it all cold and corporate. Before it had carpets and it was warm. And you could smell like books.

I went there yesterday. The space is beautiful but is very crowded and tight. The escalator and the elevator were not working and there was no A/C 😮💨
