Use this on your spicy fried chicken sandwich (posted Tuesday) or on Popeyes Loaded Cajun Fries (recipe dropping soon) 🔥 🛹 @Tech Deck 👉 Full detailed recipes in bio 🔗 — INGREDIENTS Ranch Base: ¾ cup mayo ⅓ cup sour cream ⅓ cup buttermilk (plus more as needed) 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest ½ tbsp honey 2–3 cloves garlic (grated) 2 tbsp finely chopped herbs (dill, chives, etc.) ½ tsp onion powder Blackened Seasonings: 2 tsp smoked paprika ¼ tsp white pepper ½ tsp dried oregano ½ tsp dried thyme ½ tsp garlic powder Salt & black pepper (to taste) Cayenne & Louisiana-style hot sauce (to taste) Pinch MSG & chili powder (optional) INSTRUCTIONS Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl and whisk until fully combined. Adjust thickness with additional buttermilk if needed and season to taste. Cover & refrigerate until you’re ready to use it! *NOTE: I recommend making this the night before you want to use it so the flavors fully develop.
