Well I loved my complex indigo isles everything was stainless steel clean nice and quiet. 10/10 stayed there 5 years . Jackson palms brand new not even 3 years same thing

I used to live in Savannah Springs and my apartment was flooded, now I live on the north side in the Madison Woods Apartments, and I am dealing with a roach problem, now we have to pay for pest control

Income restrictions aren’t the only ones I lived in “luxury apartments “ and it was this bad . Valet never picked the trash up , the key fob never worked gate stay broken cars broken into but they do not care and still expect you to get on that portal and pay on time .

it’s not even just the low income housing it’s like that at full market rent places too and it’s disgusting. the problem is not enough trash receptacles in the complexes.

The rent is more than $1,000 it’s $1239 now for a 2 bed 2bath it’s roach infested and mold and ant problems and yes water damage. Also it’s a mixed income complex some of those units are full market price. I have a homegirl that live there she says it’s a mess over there. They barely fix anything.
