I have a 06 is350 w the mark levison, same happen to my when I was connected to aux, go to like 20-30 and just pop and cut out, it was the back speakers behind the head rest of the back seats the speaker was blown, once I unplugged the blown speaker it worked perfectly fine

u dont have a problem with water going into the amp ? i have 06 is250 i changed the amp but everytime it rains i need to take it out dry it and put it back

That’s happened with mine so for me it was the stock subwoofer being blown I had to replace that then it worked fine

I had the same thing with my isf it was a Blown speaker send the amp back get your money back and start unplugging each speaker till it works right mine did the exact same thing it ended up being the subwoofer

I had the same problem and i used a amp from a 08 es350 in my 07 is350 and it worked just fine but i had a huge storm come by and since then it stopped working😪 im going to grab another one and i hope it works again it should

Could either be the fact that that new amp is still not enough to fully power the sound system or you need to tune it to power the speakers correctly. I could be wrong about the second one but it should already be preconfigured.

check all your door speakers, if a speaker is blownout, it will start clipping at a certain volume.

I suggest you check your speakers. I did the same thing you did and I just wasted my money. Replaced my speakers and boom and ML amp is playing like wonders.

I got the Levinson system too. The bass cuts out my audio if it’s too high so I can’t turn it up past a certain point. Last season I was smelling like a melting plastic smell which i believe came from some glue melting or some shit

are your speakers OEM? If they are aftermarket and higher wattage, the amp is undersized now. Over amping your amp usually causes it to overheat and turn off.

Mine was my sub, it was blown and causing the volume to go out. You gotta see what speaker is causing it and unplug it
