@thefitnesschef_: Many people think you need to eat small amounts of food to lose fat. But eating small amounts of food doesn’t necessarily mean you’re consuming small amounts of calories. By the same logic, eating large amounts of food doesn’t necessarily mean you’re consuming large amounts of calories. Both sides of my comparison display 3000 calories. But one side is significantly higher in volume. If fat loss is the goal, focusing on foods high in volume, and low in calories, while finding a way to include any food you enjoy, is a good idea. actually I stopped listening to most people online and made my own studies on it , I used to be 155 KG , and first month was finished today , down 18 KG , and didn't lose any muscles , and I'm eating 1300-1600 calories daily , 100+ gr protein,, and other rules I was strict on .. , but it's working effectively so far ,, will keep it going til I reach 75-80 kg ,, as long as it takes 😅
