actually I stopped listening to most people online and made my own studies on it , I used to be 155 KG , and first month was finished today , down 18 KG , and didn't lose any muscles , and I'm eating 1300-1600 calories daily , 100+ gr protein,, and other rules I was strict on .. , but it's working effectively so far ,, will keep it going til I reach 75-80 kg ,, as long as it takes 😅
