im at stage 3b currently gfr is around 40..have the lower back pain sometimes..aches in lower leg and ankles , I work 12 hour shifts ..which doesn't help..just wondering how much better id feel with healthy kidneys

I have the same pain, seen the doctors twice for lower back pain but they haven’t taken notice, had two blood tests in two weeks and creatine level is high, have another blood test next week to reevaluate

I keep getting shooting pains in the same area. It doesn’t go down my leg it’s not always there. But when I sit down for a while it flares up. Wit hurts to turn and twist sometimes. Was yours there all the time?

How old are you, my gfr dropped dramatically after having the corvid 💉 I only realised once I reviewed blood test from over the years, what did mprove gfr was japanese loquat leaves boiled for 15 mins,cooled then bottled. Drank 1 glass on empty stomach every day for 10 days gfr shot up

Can also be a cyst on the kidneys which alot of people do and don’t realise, if they get too big its dangerous
