Definitely need to be a golf course again. Lived in palmbay for 40years. I’ve seen it all. And this area cannot sustain that many units in that area.

as a almostvlifelong palm bay resident' we hate to see this happening. I got married there in the clubhouse and we have pathers and hawks , lots of wildlife . We absolutely do not want home or apartments! use the building as a community center to rent out have events there ect. make walking trails and leave it pretty much natural as can be!

Wish the property would become a golf facility again. Palm Bay lost Port Malabar country club and the Majors. Closest courses for Palm Bay residents is The Habitat or Crane Creek.

They should put a 9 hole course and the rest in a water park or a park with walking trails, bike trails, spots where families can go cookout, something like Wickham park..

I sold quite a few homes that backed up to the golf course back in the day The main reason why they all bought there.
