I’d say 10-50 is a small wedding. You need to stay under a dozen to be a micro wedding. 100 is neither micro nor small.

I’d reply to the review: “All desserts and cakes are sold per portion, not per guest. There are a number of reasons why a wedding may purchase fewer portions than guests, and it’s not my place to pry into couple’s decision. When this order was placed, the price list and further invoice clearly stated “50 pieces, serves 25.” As that is what was ordered, that is what was provided.”
