I get your point but relying only on retention can be risky when you’re trying to scale. Since beauty business expenses are fixed and high, you need a constant flow of new clients to keep the chairs full and the revenue growing. To stay profitable and cover your overhead, focusing on fresh acquisition is often the more realistic way to ensure you're never just breaking even. I feel the industry puts too much pressure on "loyalty" and not enough on actual growth
