I’ve not really thought about comparing what I eat now to what I used to - and tbh it’s actually really encouraging so Thankyou. I’ve lost 2.5 stone and still going but it’s mad to think how I feel guilt now for having some treats but I used to eat treats in excess everyday- so really the little treats I have now shouldn’t be so guilt ridden. Thank you!
