@drsarubala: Not saying seed oils are good for you. But hyperfocusing on one small thing while ignoring the bigger levers is like stepping over quarters to pick up pennies. Eat as much fiber as you possibly can. Move your body as much as you can. And guess what? The seed oils stop mattering as much because: 1. You'll actually be full from the fiber 2. Your blood sugar will be more stable from movement, so you won't be craving the seed oil foods anyway And instead of obsessing over what you can't have… you're focused on what you can do. Better mindset. Better results. Because if you tell me I can't eat chips, I'm thinking about chips all f*cking day. So if you want to cut seed oils, go for it.
