First interview done and I received the job offer the next day ( I’m not to sure about it ) , the 2nd interview is the one I really want but they can not let me know for a couple of weeks I was the first one to interview .. what do I do ? 😩

this resonate..few weeks ago I had an interview with a COO after the first stage with Hiring Manager and..the interview that I prepared and expected to be intense..I was just asked some simple questions from the COO, it was a little engaging discussion though..but at the interview I was deliberately answering at the level he showed up with..I never wanted to talk too much since he wasn't also talking too much

Lately, I leave my camera off on purpose and once I turn it on, once the camera comes on, the energy sometimes shifts when they see that I’m Black. I know I can’t prove what someone is thinking, but I can feel the change in their tone, facial expression, and body language. One person’s eyes even got big, and it honestly made me feel like they had already judged me before giving me a fair chance.
