I found the same one on Amazon for about $130 and it has a digital display so you can see how long you had it running. the instruction book does say Don't run it for more than 5 minutes at a time and that doesn't seem to be necessary. the other day I made cookies and pizza dough and it only took about a minute of mixing for each batter. I do love the glass blender though. I love making my own smoothies
