not h&m but i used to work in primark and in my local one they basically change the layout every week so stuff would ALWAYS be in a different place and it was always such a struggle trying to help customers find stuff because i didn’t know where it’d been moved to. i’d get used to everything being in one place, have my two days off and then come back in and it was like i was in the twilight zone cause everything kept moving 🫠 retail is not for the weak lol
