@thepickleballbreakdown: The two-handed backhand dink is one of the most effective shots at the kitchen line and Ben Johns is one of the best in the world at executing it. The paddle face stays angled upward above the wrist the entire time. To make that possible, you have to bend your knees and get your body below the ball. The squat is not optional. Non-dominant hand leads. Too much dominant hand and you lose control of the shot entirely. Stay down through contact and let your legs bring you up. Pull your head up early and the consistency disappears. Have you added the two-handed backhand dink to your game? 👇 #pickleball #pickleballtiktok #pickleballislife #pickleballstrategy
