It won’t even allow you to get them until 30 days out and they are stated to sell out in minutes. Research also shows they don’t go on sale until 8:30 am Rome time. I think Rome is like 5-6 hours ahead of central time zone so I’m gonna be up at like 1 am hoping my foggy mind books the right thing!😂😂😂

I think it would be really helpful if you gave accurate information. You keep saying at least 30 days or well in advance. The only way that you can get tickets from the official website is 30 days in advance and you’ve got to get up in whatever time zone you are for it to be exactly 30 days from the timeslot that you want, which requires some people to get up in the middle of the night, depending upon where they are. They are extraordinarily difficult to get and they sell out in literal seconds. So it would be great if you did more research to understand what’s going on. Most of these third-party tour groups, sell tickets and packages when they don’t even have tickets in their possession they’re just on a hope and a prayer that they are able to get tickets for their people which is why they are canceling them left and right because they end up not getting the tickets themselves. I highly recommend not trying to book with a third-party unless you’re OK with your trip being canceled last minute. Just be careful of sharing misinformation.

Viator just cancelled our tickets and we booked very early on. Now have to find new tickets since we’re going next month..😑

Booked the underground tour like 5 months ago for May 24th through Viator and we found out less than a week before it was cancelled!!!
