so did i! it went away and it’s came back now 🥲 as bad as it is, i did go for a sunbed and it didn’t itch as much afterwards.

I’ve just had this from stress and only just god rid of it in the last week and the only thing that made it go away was sun beds, never done them before as I didn’t want to but I did 3 five minute sun beds and it was pretty much gone 🤷♀️

This is me and I found putting oats in a sock and soaking in the bathe I stopped all the creams and just left it and it is clearing now

I had this last Oct it drove me crazy especially at night docs gave me 3 mths of steroid pills starting at 12 reducing down by 1 each week,I’m hoping never comes back
