Oh my gosh!! I’ll have to go look at your last video but I’m pretty sure we have the same fruit tree. We call it our mystery fruit. It looks like an orange but definitely is a lemon variety. We use it in place of lemons! Funny thing is I found the tag for it once years ago and I’m 90% positive it said it was a lime. Such a mystery!

Sour oranges can also be used in soup, so if you blend a lot of vegetables like cilantro, bell peppers, tomato, and put your sour orange in there it tastes really good in chicken soup or other soups

You’ve got a sour orange tree. They’re used for marinades, dressings and you can sweeten them with sugar like you did in your video. In the Dominican Republic we make a sauce called agrio de naranja and it’s delicious on meat/fish 😊
