why would you do seated shoulder press and front raises, they both concentrate on the front delts.The front delts always get worked with any pushing exercises.

2 sets to failure shoulder press, 2 sets to failure machine lat raise, 1 set to failure rear delt fly/archer row. 3.5mins rest each
you'll be done in like just over 20 mins.
redundency with having a shoulder press and a front raise and a lat raise, 4×8-12 horrible for fatigue, rear delt flys should be with a cable or at least on a bench, rest for 2 minutes minimum,2 sets each

skip the front raises..does the same thing as the press..do shrugs for your traps...I know, technically not shoulders, but gotta do them sometime
