Potassium Bicarbonate is baking soda. So club soda is essentially sparkling water with baking soda added to it (hence the saltier taste).

Soda water on many guns is just carbonated water. Sparkling water and soda water when sold aren't really different by definition. It's more what each brand puts in them. Yes many bottled soda waters have minerals in them and some bars do add minerals to their soda water.
