@anita.daphneee: im the farest possible as being abelist. i studied both autism and hsp, and i can tell u they r very different, ofc they have some things in common, but they r two separate things. i have never felt rapresented in the criteria for autism. i actually feel seen only reading hsp’s criteria. seeing ppl invalidating a person’s experience like this makes me FURIOUS. the worst part is that this invalidation always comes from autistic ppl; guys we should support each other wtf is that😭 #hsp #highsensitivity #MentalHealth #autism #neurodivergent
