I’m telling you rn if you do at home workouts with no weights your most likely going to quit. Just get a gym membership or build one in your garage basement or empty room. I’m telling you make a workout routine with your friend. And you will most likely stay determined.

I wanna be skeptical too but in just 4 months of consistent home workouts, I have transformed very much. I can only imagine that in 5 years, CONSISTENTLY, one could do this. obviously diet is a big factor.
