Tbh I feel like we need to hold men to a higher standard then we currently do when it comes to hygiene and self care because what do you mean your last check up was 3 years ago and your last dental cleaning was a year ago?? Also, wash that damn beard. Scrub it every single day because it stinks! We don't care if you used some "expensive" beard oil from your barber-Wash it! Men don't get told that they smell bad and need to do XYZ often so they neglect this stuff but feel the need to hold woman to a higher standard because..well... Society..🙄

Going into the interpersonal skills, active listening. A lot of people are not actively listening, they tend to be waiting for their turn to speak. Think out the emotions the person is displaying. If they are telling you about a problem they are having with their coworker, don’t just wait until they are done. Engage. “Oh that must be really frustrating when she does that.” “Does any one else in the office have a similar problem with her?” “How often does this happen?” This makes someone feel like you actually care about what they are talking about. When you just wait for them to be done and then you launch into a funny story about your friends, it feels like you are ignoring their feelings.

My ex had the absolute WORSE BREATH. Smelled like a dumpster. It wasn’t bad when we first started dating but as time went on it got worse and worse as he quit caring about his oral hygiene. It was definitely a contributing factor of me leaving him

Your website doesn’t allow u to set height as 6’0 ft. It forces u to pick a number between 1-11 for the inches portion. You should get that fixed

Turkish men, my husband said he learned so much self care with his obligatory military service and then going to the barber and the service they get there is next level. He was next level disappointed going to the barber in the states, lol.

On the conversation advice, if you’re not the best, practically repeat the question back to the person who asks you a question. Don’t repeat it word for word. If they ask you about any summer plans, give a quick answer and ask what are they doing.
