1970s–90s Lunch Lady Peanut Butter Bars
BOTTOM LAYER
1 cup salted butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
TOP LAYER
8 oz semisweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Line 9x13 pan.
Mix butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham crumbs, vanilla, salt.
Press into pan.
Melt chocolate chips + peanut butter in microwave, stirring every 20–30 seconds.
Spread on top.
Chill 1 hour.
Cut into bars.
