Mentioning high skill when talking about a character with: - a move that constantly applies pressure AND lets you freely move around while using it which also makes it noticeably harder to punish, add the fact that it's one of the fastest moves in the game and you get the ultimate "just throw it out during an m1 trade and you'll hit the opponent in like 7 situations out of 10" - one of the only moves in the game that lets you do a true m1 reset. Also works as a counter that makes the reset inescapable even with evasive. The air variant is literally just Hakari's rough energy but better - a counter that lets you constantly bait your opponent, forces an m1 trade and even if you miss it it has a pretty short cooldown, let's also mention the fact that it's cooldown resets if you land it AND it can counter projectiles which pretty much forbids the opponent to use any kind of neutral without making you miss the counter first - a fully controllable fast dash guardbreak with barely any endlag that you can just throw out whenever you feel like it - R special that doesn't just force an m1 trade, it can guarantee a combo if you're fast enough. Even funnier, it forces the opponent to waste their side dash against a character with two guardbreaks
