I have a new cassette and chain and I also changed the cables and housing and I have done everything idk why its not shifting right its like I get the low gears and then when I try to go down the high gears it doesnt go and then when I fix that then the low gears are messed up idk what's going on

My derailer is to close on my kassett so it’s loud and don’t shift to the biggest/lightest gear and the b skrew/ bolt or what it’s called
