I have hypermobility, my knees are almost constantky in a -7 to -10 degree because of it. do you think I could still do most of these without causing more harm? also for butterfly stretch my knees go to the floor. is that not normal? im a bigger and taller girl so idk 😭

These were the exact stretches we would do in elementary gym class and it was when I was my most flexible even dance class in HS. After HS stopped stretching and my flexibility decreased 😭

listen my low back has been sore for WEEKKKKSS to the point i could barely bend. apparently it was due to my hips being tense because this helped loosen up my hips alleviating my back back for the rest of the day. THANK YOU

My hip won’t let me do butterfly stretch and just every other stretch. Like it’s blocking my from the front and back. I just can’t do these. It cracks and it hurts, I can’t even do mobilising without pain
