Agree to all! Also, I went for vestibular physio ax today (BPPV) and they also did a once over of my whole body and they found SO MANY issues, it was so validating to know that I’m not just making it up. Also hilarious that what I thought was ankle issues was actually calf and mostly hip issues 😂
