Just a tip: if you mix the xantham gum with the sweetener before adding it to the milk, that stops it from clumping

Only need 1g of Xanthan gum & 5-10g of monk fruit, shits too expensive to be putting that much and doesn’t do anything more with more. And put your dry ingredients in a cup & mix before putting in liquid to avoid Xanthan clumping. I put half fairlife half almond milk all the way to the fill line cause why would I want airy ice cream, makes it like dairy queen vibes.

They have really fun zero calorie baking flavors and extracts now (marshmallow, cake batter, black cherry, etc) you can literally add in anything you want to make a fun flavor for zero calories
