I loved my suvie, but since the new one has come out mine no longer lets me tap or utilize my app for setting things up. So now I cannot set it up for later. it also keeps giving me an error on the refrigeration so I can't set things up to be ready at a specific time. its super inconvenient. I have stopped my meal subscription because of this. Just want to make everyone aware.

It's an awesome concept but twice now our delivery came thawed and at room temperature. Had to throw everything away. we were given a credit but sadly the same problem again with the most recent delivery.
