I Love mine, my ONLY two complaints are 1. I over fill it so it’s heavy and I do not like the carry handles, they’re sewn along the seam so it’s a tad bit sharp and digs into my hands when I use them to carry the bag so I have to use the shoulder strap, and the second one is the highlighters that came with mine are IMPOSSIBLE to pop the caps off. I handed them to my husband and he couldn’t believe how ridiculous it was to rip the caps off so we threw them away 😩 but without pliers, they were useless. They were pretty, but seriously impossible to open them. Very frustrating. The bag itself is perfect and I love it. But I will need to get covers for the handles as they are very thin and hurt my hands.
