what brand arms do you have? if you're only loosing lefts, the bolt should be a reverse threaded arm so it tightens as it rotates in planting direction.

I find it odd your constantly loosing them, we use factory arms the bolts all go in right hand thread and never had we ever lost one unless maybe a bearing locks up but even then they just drag.
