Half cup washing soda, half cup baking soda, 1/4 cup table salt, 1/4 cup Epsom salt. Add essential oil (2-3 drops) for scent. Idk what his recipe is I didn’t stick around. But here’s mine. You’re welcome.

I've been doing this for 15+ years. You don't have to use castile soap. Any bar soap will do but make sure you don't react to the brand first. You can use essential oils in very small amounts if you want a scent.

It worked for me, I used a bar of zote and hot water throughout the whole process, filled 5 jugs, cost me .73 cents each, I added sandalwood and lavender essential oils, now to do a load of laundry
