I'm a strong proponent of the NFL needing to expand the roster slots per team if they're going to keep pushing more games and more intensive schedules that involve travel. Doing the math, with the 53 man roster, there is what, 1660 available spots? How many are locked down every year? You MIGHT have half of those in flux every year with a draft introducing some 300 players every year and all the last years drafts and cut players competing for those spots. Even as much as 60 per team allows some breathing room from injury and still demands restrictive decision making so teams can't just field an entirely different unit every other week to dodge teams adapting to their scheme. Also you forgot to mention my Vikings' Redmond. He's a beast, been near single-handedly holding down that D Line
