@momo.thepeach: moo ping was so good 😭🇹🇭please try it! full story: i wasn't going to say anything but this has been on my mind since we left… and they did not deserve that. So while we were there, a large group came in, with some kids as well. They first seemed to have an issue with the gratuity charge for large groups. The manager actually told me afterwards that she hadn't even counted the kids - so it was genuinely a large group of adults. The manager was so calm throughout the whole thing. She even told them it was completely okay to leave if they didn't want to pay the gratuity - she wasn't pushy about it at all. Eventually one of the adults said they were happy to go ahead. The manager confirmed the order with them one more time, and said the food would be ready in about 15 minutes. The lady said okay, if it's ready in time. The food came out in about 10 minutes. And then suddenly they started yelling at the staff that it had taken too long - and they all got up and walked out without paying. On their way out they made really mean comments directed at the staff and the manager, and threatened they would hire people to leave bad reviews 🥺 The staff at Le Lert did absolutely nothing to deserve that.
