Giants weren’t going to trade Chapman, Adames, Devers or Lee. Bailey was a great catcher, 2 time Gold Glover, but he couldn’t hit anymore. Giants traded away Bart because Bailey came in and was a hitting catcher. Bailey was odd man out, Susac and Rodiguez are hitting catchers, Giants need bats, unfortunately for Bailey, he was expendable.

Dude I don't think we can call it an "Era". That's kind of a compliment. Yeah he was a defensive phenom when he came up. But low .200s and a sub .500 team for his career so far show that he has made zero difference.
