It’s not that expensive. I’m originally from manhattan, we have a beach home in La Jolla Dan Diego. Those places are expensive. Miami is where I live now and it’s relatively cheap in comparison.

Rent from owners not leasing companies. You need to put more deposits down, (first, last, security) but monthly rent is cheaper. And always negotiate if you can move in asap.

I’m in the grove, working in sales, renting a place that has a small kitchen that isn’t super updated, in unit w/d, nothing crazy. It takes work and I have a budget but it’s possible!

don’t rent, buy. and to do so work hard and save up your coins and make sacrifices and invest wisely and then in a couple years you’ll have enough for a down payment and then by that time prices will skyrocket and then your room at mami’s house won’t seem that bad

Income restricted apartment. They can only base your rent off what you make. My apartment is brand new with stainless steal appliances, washer and dryer and it’s huge. My rent is $1200 a month
