Ron DeSantis signed a death warrant for Death Row inmate Andrew Richard Lukehart, who was convicted of the 1996 murder of 5-month-old Gabrielle Hanshaw in Duval County. Prosecutors said Lukehart killed the infant while changing her diaper and later threw her body into a nearby pond.
